Conditions of a Guide

SUMMARY:
Choi Tae-hoon, diagnosed as a Guide at the age of five, has spent his life waiting to meet his Espers. At twenty-eight, he finally encounters them when he is called to assist Ji Kwan-young, a top actor, at his brother’s request.

“After all, Choi Tae-hoon, I need to hear the words come out of your mouth first.”
The Guide’s face flushed red in embarrassment. It’s bad enough that everyone at the center knows he’s involved with the same man, even if they haven’t officially been together, but now, the shame is overwhelming. Why is his body and mind so conflicted, feeling both humiliated and drawn to the man?

Choi Tae-hoon tried to pull away from Ji Kwan-young, the man who held him the night before, shouting despite his cracking voice, “I’ll never, never, never, never be gay!”
“Be my guest.”
“We’re only doing this because you’re the Esper and I’m the Guide, Mr. Ji!”
“Yes.”
Ji Kwan-young smiled, his expression both gorgeous and smug. Choi Tae-hoon glared at him, furious, as the heat of his name tag burned against his back.
