Summary
Summary:
Born in Harlem, Mickey is a passionate tattoo artist with a deep interest in omegas. Life for him is harsh, and surviving in the gritty backstreets often means risking more than just his life. While carrying luggage on a film set, Mickey overhears a conversation about the famous actor, Ryu, and feels the sting of racial discrimination. Despite his embarrassment, he briefly wonders if their paths will cross again.
To his surprise, Ryu shows up and asks Mickey for a tattoo. Ryu seems to have no intention of leaving, and soon, Mickey’s peaceful life is disrupted as Ryu constantly comes and goes from his house. Confused by Ryu’s attention, Mickey questions if he’s being flirted with.
“Are you dating me or something?” Mickey asks, unsure of the situation.
Ryu responds with a simple, “Love,” leaving Mickey bewildered. As a famous and wealthy alpha, Ryu seems out of place with Mickey, who lives a much more humble and challenging life. Despite this, Mickey pushes Ryu away, believing someone like him shouldn’t be involved with someone like Mickey.
But Ryu is persistent, saying, “I won’t ask you to remember it quickly. But I’m sure I will remember.”
As the story unfolds, Mickey starts to unravel the mystery behind Ryu’s intentions and the past that brought them together.
