Summary:

For the past 15 years, Hongjoo has been trapped in a harsh cycle of repaying his father’s gambling debt, serving as collateral while enduring the unforgiving world of House gambling. His life takes a turn when a man named Mukyeong, known as The Patron, appears with an offer to invest in House. Mukyeong proposes a suspicious deal: Hongjoo can clear his father’s debt by providing information on the residents of House.

Though skeptical, Hongjoo decides to take the risk. Despite Mukyeong’s playful insistence that Hongjoo thinks he’s a con artist, Hongjoo sees no better option and grasps the opportunity. With his future uncertain and no other chance in sight, he steps into the deal, willing to risk it all for a chance at freedom.
