AKJAK

Set in a fictional country inspired by real history, Prince Lee Tae-rok, who has yet to become a prince or king, reluctantly takes in his 13-year-old nephew, Lee Nan-young, at his brother’s request. Tae-rok, neither skilled in swordsmanship nor affectionate by nature, initially views this as a mere duty. But Nan-young grows up idolizing Tae-rok, her admiration slowly deepening into something more complex. Tae-rok notices but chooses to ignore it—until Nan-young kisses another man, forcing Tae-rok to confront the possibility that their bond might turn into a scandalous forbidden love.
